This page is for every Roboteria account, not only the mobile app. It covers:

• The Roboteria system used by employees
• The Robotera Mob app
• The online shop on the website

Accounts are not deleted from inside the app or the shop. Send a request and we handle it.

Shop customers

Email privacy@robotera.com.sa from the address on your shop account. Subject: Delete my Roboteria shop account. Include your full name, the email you use to sign in, and your mobile number if you added one.

Employees

Email privacy@robotera.com.sa from your work address. Subject: Delete my Roboteria account. Include your full name and your login username.

We complete the request within 30 days.

What we delete or disable

• Your sign-in for the system, the app, and the shop
• Your shop profile, saved addresses, and wishlist
• Device registration used for app notifications
• Data kept only to keep you signed in

Signing out, or turning off notifications, does not delete the account.

What we may keep

We may keep records the law or the business requires, including shop orders, invoices, payments, delivery records, and support or WhatsApp messages linked to an order. Employee business records, such as invoices and tickets, may also be kept and reassigned inside the company. These records are not a public profile and are not sold.

For access questions, shop customers can use the same email. Employees should contact their administrator.

حذف حساب روبوتيرا

هذه الصفحة لكل حساب في روبوتيرا، وليس لتطبيق الجوال فقط. تشمل:

• نظام روبوتيرا الذي يستخدمه الموظفون
• تطبيق روبوتيرا موب
• المتجر الإلكتروني على الموقع

لا يُحذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق أو المتجر. أرسل طلباً ونتولى تنفيذه.

عملاء المتجر

أرسل من البريد المسجل في حساب المتجر إلى privacy@robotera.com.sa. الموضوع: حذف حساب المتجر في روبوتيرا. اذكر اسمك الكامل، والبريد الذي تسجّل به الدخول، ورقم الجوال إن أضفته.

الموظفون

أرسل من بريد العمل إلى privacy@robotera.com.sa. الموضوع: حذف حساب روبوتيرا. اذكر اسمك الكامل واسم المستخدم.

ننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

ما نحذفه أو نعطّله

• تسجيل الدخول إلى النظام والتطبيق والمتجر
• ملف المتجر، والعناوين المحفوظة، وقائمة الأمنيات
• تسجيل الجهاز المستخدم لتنبيهات التطبيق
• البيانات المحفوظة فقط لإبقائك مسجلاً

تسجيل الخروج أو إيقاف التنبيهات لا يحذف الحساب.

ما قد نحتفظ به

قد نحتفظ بما يوجبه النظام أو تشغيل النشاط، مثل طلبات المتجر والفواتير والمدفوعات وسجلات التوصيل ورسائل الدعم أو واتساب المرتبطة بطلب. سجلات عمل الموظف، مثل الفواتير والتذاكر، قد تبقى داخل الشركة وتُعاد إسنادها. هذه السجلات ليست ملفاً عاماً ولا تُباع.

لاستفسارات الدخول، يستخدم عميل المتجر نفس البريد. الموظف يراجع مسؤول النظام.
